Tropical Rum Punch
Sweet, fruity, and full of rum, this Tropical Punch is the life of the party!
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz coconut rum
- 1 fl oz white rum
- 1 fl oz pineapple juice
- 1 fl oz coconut water
- 1 pump Amoretti® Key Lime Craft Purée
- 1 pump Amoretti® Blue Curacao Syrup
- 1 fl oz lemon juice, for rim
- coconut flakes, for rim
- 2 dashes bitters
Directions
- Combine the coconut rum, white rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water in a shaker.
- Add Blue Curacao Syrup and Key Lime Craft Puree.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Take a martini glass and dip it in the lemon juice, then into the coconut flakes to coat the rim. Set aside.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into the martini glass.
- Top with bitters and serve.
