- Combine the coconut rum, white rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water in a shaker.
- Add Blue Curacao Syrup and Key Lime Craft Puree.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
- Take a martini glass and dip it in the lemon juice, then into the coconut flakes to coat the rim. Set aside.
- Pour the contents of the shaker into the martini glass.
- Top with bitters and serve.
