Tropical Rum Punch

Ingredients

• 1 fl oz coconut rum
• 1 fl oz white rum
• 1 fl oz pineapple juice
• 1 fl oz coconut water
• 1 pump Amoretti® Key Lime Craft Purée
• 1 pump Amoretti® Blue Curacao Syrup
• 1 fl oz lemon juice, for rim
• coconut flakes, for rim
• 2 dashes bitters

Directions

1. Combine the coconut rum, white rum, pineapple juice, and coconut water in a shaker.
2. Add Blue Curacao Syrup and Key Lime Craft Puree.
3. Fill with ice and shake vigorously.
4. Take a martini glass and dip it in the lemon juice, then into the coconut flakes to coat the rim. Set aside.
5. Pour the contents of the shaker into the martini glass.
6. Top with bitters and serve.
