Toasted Marshmallow S'mores Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 cup of plant based cream (208g) - used Country Crock's Plant-Based Heavy Cream
- 1/2 c powdered sugar (75g)
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 cup of graham cracker
- 1 tbs of toasted marshmallow artisan (8.75g) (6% use level)
Toasted Marshmallow Cream -
- 1 cup of plant based cream (208g)
- 1/2 c powdered sugar (75g)
- 1 tbs of toasted marshmallow artisan (8.75g) (6% use level)
Directions
- In a stand mixer, add cream and sugar
- Mix for a few minutes and scrape down your sides
- Mix until soft peaks form, then add your artisan
- Mix a few minutes more for firm peaks
To Assemble Your Trifle:
- Smash graham crackers
- Layer bottom of cup with graham crackers
- Add Toasted Marshmallow whipped cream
- Add a layer of chocolate chips
- Repeat that pattern two - three times
Top with a garnish of graham crackers and enjoy!
