Directions

Cupcakes
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. Whisk you flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Make a well in your dry ingredients and add in your buttermilk, water, vegetable oil, egg, Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan and Amoretti® Natural Graham Cracker Artisan then mix until smooth. 
  4. Pour the batter into the lined muffin tins filling each one 3/4 of the way full, then bake for 10-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
  5. Let the cupcakes cool for about 10-15 minutes then move to a cooling rack.
Buttercream
  1. Beat your butter on a medium speed for 1-2 minutes with a paddle attachment until completely smooth. 
  2. Mix in your Amoretti® Natural Toasted Marshmallow Artisan and salt on a low speed.
  3. Slowly mix in your powdered sugar on a low speed for a couple of minutes until full incorporated and smooth.
  4. Place your buttercream in a piping bag with your desired tip and pipe onto the completely cooled cupcakes. Then garnish with a chocolate square and mini marshmallows. 
  5. Serve and enjoy!
