Red, White, and Boozy Blue Popsicles

 

Looking for the perfect dessert to celebrate the 4th of July? You're in luck! We got you covered with this red, white, and boozy blue popsicle recipe! Made with frozen fruit, Amoretti Premium Syrups, and maybe a little too much vodka, this recipe will make you the most patriotic American at the BBQ, and will match all your red, white and blue memorabilia!

For the Red Layer:

  • Place the ingredients in the blender and puree for 2 minutes to allow the sugar to dissolve. Pour the mixture evenly into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze for one hour.

For the White Layer:

  • Once the red layer is frozen solid, place the white layer ingredients in a clean blender jar. Puree for two minutes. Pour the white layer over the red layer in the molds. Add the popsicle sticks in and freeze for another hour.

For the Blue Layer:

  • Pour the blue layer ingredients into a clean blender and puree for 2 minutes. Pour evenly into the popsicle molds. Freeze until solid. At least 3 hours.
  • When ready to serve, run the tip of the molds under warm tap water for 10-20 seconds. Then gently pull the popsicles out of the molds.
