Red, White and Blueberry Frozen Pops
Time for barbecues, family, and fireworks; it’s the 4th of July! Whether you’re having guests or just taking it easy in your own backyard, celebrate with a delicious treat that’ll cool you down! Our Red, White & Blueberry Frozen Pops are perfect for a sunny Independence Day dessert!
Ingredients
STRAWBERRY LAYER- 2½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar, Clear
- 3 tbsp + 1 tsp Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Swirl
- ⅔ cup coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar, Clear
- ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp Amoretti® Coconut Swirl
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed
- ½ cup yogurt
- 3 tbsp Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar, Clear
- 3 tbsp Amoretti® Blueberry Swirl
- frozen pop mold
- frozen pop sticks
Directions
- For each layer, combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a container with a pour spout. Repeat for remaining flavors.
- Fill mold ¼ full with strawberry mixture, let freeze 30 minutes.
- Fill mold to the halfway point with coconut mixture, add sticks and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Fill ½ remaining space with blueberry mixture, freeze 30 minutes.
- Fill the remainder of the molds with coconut mixture, freeze until firm.
- Pour slowly and watch carefully to create even layers.
- Full fat yogurt and coconut milk makes the creamiest pops.
