Raspberry Lemonade Cream Cheese Bars

These fragrant and flavorful Raspberry Lemonade Cheesecake Bars are a spring staple! They are loaded with sweet and tart lemonade flavor from our Natural Lemonade Artisan and finished off with a burst of juicy raspberry from our Raspberry Swirl. Recipe yields one 8 x 8 tray of bars OR double the recipe and build in a 9 x 13 cake pan.

Ingredients

CRUST

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter

FILLING

• 4 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 3 tbsp. Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp. Amoretti® Amoretti Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon W.S. 2x Extract
