3 Quick & Easy Vanilla Bean Recipes
It's time to ditch those lack-luster and imitation vanilla's for something more flavorful.
We're giving you insight on how to make three different recipes using our Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor.
They're quick, easy, and super delicious!
Vanilla Bean Glaze
Sweet, creamy, and utterly delicious. This vanilla bean glaze is a showstopper on top of cakes, donuts, or even drizzled over cookies. It takes 3-5 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of powdered sugar, sifted
- 2-4 tablespoons of milk (depending on preffered thickness)
- 1 teaspoon of Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl, add the powdered sugar and 2-4 tablespoons of milk. We recommend starting with 2 tbsp, increase after adding in the vanilla bean. Whisk together until smooth.
- Add in the Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor, and combine.
- Glaze your cake, cookies, donuts and so much more!
Vanilla Bean Cupcakes (GF & DF)
Take your basic vanila cake recipe with to the next level with some Amoretti Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor. This recipe is so simple and makes the most incredible, light and fluffy GF & DF cupcakes. You'll never want a box mix after this!
Ingredients
For the cupcakes:
- ½ cup vegetable oil (or oil of choice)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 ¼ cups 1 to 1 Gluten-Free Flour Blend
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ cup dairy-free milk
- 1 tablespoon of Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor
For the Buttercream:

1 cup of butter
- 3 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Directions
For the Cupcakes:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Position rack in center of oven. Line cupcake pan with paper liners & set aside.
- In a stand mixer, combine oil and sugar. Stir until combined.
- Add eggs and beat with at medium speed for one minute. Then, add the flour, salt, baking powder, dairy-free milk, and Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor; beat at medium speed for one minute.
- Spoon batter evenly into cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the centers springs back when touched and cupcakes are lightly browned.
- Top with your favorite frosting.
- Devour.
For the Buttercream:
- In a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the one cup of butter on high until light and fluffy.
- Add in half the amount of powdered sugar (1 & 1/2 cups) and mix on a low speed. This will prevent air bubbles.
- Scrape the side of the bowl.
- Next, add in the Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor, milk, and remaining powdered sugar. Mix on low until combined.
- Once incorporated, use a small offset spatula (or pipe the frosting on) to frost the cupcakes.
- Devour.
Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookies
Soft and fluffy sugar cookies that require no time chilling in the fridge?! Yes, please!Ingredients
- 1 cup cold butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 ½ tsp Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cold butter and sugar. Mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until fluffy.

Then, add in egg, egg yolk and Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor. Stir to combine.

Add all remaining ingredients. Stir to combine.

With a cookie scoop, place balls of dough onto lined pan. Slightly flatten with hands.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are lightly golden around the edges.

Cool on pan for 10 minutes before carefully removing to a cooling rack.
