Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu

If you're a fan of pumpkin spice lattes, let me introduce you to your new favorite fall dessert—Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu.
It's basically a pumpkin spice latte in dessert form. Layers of creamy pumpkin spice mascarpone filling met with espresso dipped lady fingers create a classic dessert with all the comforting flavors of fall.

Traditional tiramisu is beloved for its balance of espresso, cocoa, and mascarpone. By introducing Amoretti® Natural Pumpkin Spice Artisan, you get that subtle warmth from cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and pumpkin, that plays beautifully with the espresso and cocoa notes. The Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste adds a rich depth and complexity that deepens the flavor and ties everything together.
This fall dessert is indulgent yet super approachable! Easy to make, delicious to eat, perfect for Thanksgiving spreads, cozy dinner parties, or even just a weekend fall treat! It's the kind of recipe that impresses guests without requiring hours of labor. The best part? the flavors only get better as they rest overnight—so you can prep it ahead of time and serve a stress-free holiday showstopper!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temp)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tbs. Amoretti® Natural Pumpkin Spice Artisan
- 1 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 1/2 cups cold espresso (or strong coffee)
- 3 tbs. coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 package of lady fingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting the top
Directions
- Add the whipping cream to a mixing bowl and beat with a hand mixer on medium, slowly adding the sugar, Amoretti® Natural Pumpkin Spice Artisan, and Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste. Continue to beat until stiff peaks. Fold in your mascarpone cheese until combined, then set aside.
- Add espresso (or coffee) and coffee liqueur (if using) to a bowl and mix. Dip the lady fingers in and lay them in a single layer at the bottom of an 8x8" baking dish (or a similar size). Make sure not to soak the lady fingers. Just a quick dip will do.
- Smooth half of the mascarpone mixture over top the lady finger. Then add another layer of dipped lady fingers. Use the remaining mascarpone for the top.
- Using a sifter, dust cocoa powder over the top. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or up to overnight before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Tiramisu tastes even better when you allow the flavors to sit. It will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can exclude the alcohol if you would like. It is only there to enhance the espresso flavor and create more depth, but is totally optional!
- This recipe will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months! JUst make completely and exclude the cocoa powder, let thaw in the refrigerator overnight and dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
- You can swap out the Pumpkin Spice Artisan for any Artisan flavor to fit the season. Our Artisans have the same use level across the whole product line, use the same amount, just swap out the flavor!
