Pumpkin Spice Latte Ice Cream

Ingredients
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 ¼ cups milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Extract
Directions
- In a sauce pan combine and heat sugar, cream and milk until sugar has dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in Extract, Compound, espresso powder, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
- Chill the mixture overnight or for 2-3 hours.
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers directions.
- Once ice cream has finished churning transfer to freezer safe container or enjoy immediately.
