Pumpkin Spice Cookie Butter Latte

Ingredients
For the Latte:
- 2 shots of espresso
- 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Creamy Cookie Spread
- Ice
- 4 ounces of milk
For the Cold Foam:
- 2 tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. whole milk
- 1.5 pumps of Amoretti® Premium Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Syrup
- Pumpkin Spice blend
Directions
For the Latte:
- In a small cup or espresso mug, add in 1 tbsp of the pumpkin spice cookie butter. Then, pull two shots of espresso over it. Swirl the espresso to help loosen the cookie butter.
- Pour into a glass and stir or whisk (with a handheld frother) until combined.
- Fill the cup with ice & top with milk, leaving about an inch of room for the cold foam.
For the Cold Foam:
- In a separate glass, combine the two milks with the 1 & 1/2 pumps of syrup. Froth until combined and until thick.
- Pour on top of the latte & sprinkle some pumpkin spice blend on top!
- Devour.
