Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte

Ingredients
For the drink:
- 1/4 cup of Chai concentrate (unsweetend or sweetened, based on preference)
- 1/4 cup of Whole milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 pump of Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Syrup
- Ice
For the cold foam:
- 1-2 pumps of Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1/4 cup of heavy cream (or milk of choice)
- Pumpkin pie spice, sprinkle
- Star anise, to garnish
Directions
For the drink:
- Grab your glass and pour in a 1/4 cup of chai concentrate. Dilute the concentrate with the 1/4 cup of whole milk or any milk of your choosing.
- Add 1 pump Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Syrup , stir until combined and then add in your ice.
For the foam:
- In a seperate glass or milk pitcher, add in 1/4 of heavy cream (or milk of choice), along with 1-2 pumps of Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Syrup.
- With a handheld frother, froth until the cold milk turns into a thick consistency.
- Pour on top of your chai latte, and top with pumpkin pie spice and a star anise.
