Pumpkin Spice Cake in a Mug

Ingredients

• 7 tbsp boxed vanilla cake mix
• 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
• 1 tsp Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Syrup
• ¼ tsp Amoretti® Pumpkin Spice Extract W.S.
• 1 tbsp milk
• 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

• 1 cup whipped cream

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mug, whisking to mix thoroughly.
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Let cool for 10 minutes before adding whipped cream on top.
