Prickly Pear Ranch Water

This version keeps the easy, laid-back feel of the original, but the prickly pear adds a subtle fruitiness and a bold pink hue that makes it feel a little more special—without adding any extra effort.

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces blanco tequila
• 1/2 ounce Amoretti® Prickly Pear Beverage Infusion
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 4 oz sparkling water
• Ice
• Lime wheel
• Tajin

Directions:

1. Rim a tall glass with lime juice and dip the edge or rim in Tajin.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add the tequila, lime juice, and Prickly Pear Beverage Infusion.
4. Top with soda water and gently stir.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel & serve.
