Pot of Gold Whiskey Sour

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz Irish whiskey
• 2 pumps Amoretti® Mango Craft Puree
• ½ pump Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear
• juice of 1 large lemon
• juice of 1 orange
• pinch edible gold shimmer powder (see TIPS)
• ½ egg white
• ice

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, the egg white should go in last.
2. Immediately dry shake for about 1 minute.
3. Add ice and shake again until the shaker is frosted over.
4. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish as desired.
