We garnished our whiskey sour with gold leaf and a four-leaf clover in hopes of catching a leprechaun! Makes 1 cocktail.
- 2 fl oz Irish whiskey
- 2 pumps Amoretti® Mango Craft Puree
- ½ pump Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear
- juice of 1 large lemon
- juice of 1 orange
- pinch edible gold shimmer powder (see TIPS)
- ½ egg white
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, the egg white should go in last.
- Immediately dry shake for about 1 minute.
- Add ice and shake again until the shaker is frosted over.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish as desired.
