Pistachio Butter Edible Cookie Dough

There's no questions whether if this cookie dough is safe to eat! With heat treated flour and no eggs this Pistachio Butter Cookie Dough can be eaten by the spoonful!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 F
  2. Spread flour out onto a parchment lined or tin foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until thermometer reaches 160 F.
  3. In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer mix together the butter and sugar until well combined.
  4. Add in Pistachio Artisan, Vanilla Bean Artisan, and milk. Mix again until well combined.
  5. In a separate bowl combine flour and salt. Add into mixing bowl 1 cup at a time. 
  6. Mix in pistachios and white chocolate. Transfer to storage jar and enjoy!
