Ingredients 2 + 1/4 cup All-purpose flour 1 Cup unsalted butter, room temperature 1 cup light brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 Tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. milk 1 Tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Vanilla Bean Artisan Flavor 2 Tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Pistachio Butter Artisan Flavor 1/2 cup chopped pistachios 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate Directions Preheat oven to 300 F Spread flour out onto a parchment lined or tin foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until thermometer reaches 160 F. In the bowl of a stand mixer or using a hand mixer mix together the butter and sugar until well combined. Add in Pistachio Artisan, Vanilla Bean Artisan, and milk. Mix again until well combined. In a separate bowl combine flour and salt. Add into mixing bowl 1 cup at a time. Mix in pistachios and white chocolate. Transfer to storage jar and enjoy!
