Pear Lychee Martini
Some cocktails feel right for a specific season or moment. This one? It fits anywhere.
With juicy pear, floral notes, and the subtle sweetness of lychee, this Pear Lychee Martini is bright, balanced, and incredibly easy to make. Whether you're hosting or just winding down, it’s the kind of drink that makes any moment feel a little more refined and sweet.
It all comes together with Grey Goose La Poire vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, and the bright, tropical sweetness of our Lychee Beverage Infusion.
The infusion adds a natural lychee flavor that’s subtly sweet and aromatic, with a slight floral finish that rounds out the sharpness of the lemon and the smoothness of the vodka. It’s beautifully layered without being complicated—just clean, refreshing flavor in every sip.

What can I use if I don’t have access to fresh lychees or pears?
Canned lychees are a great substitute and work beautifully in this cocktail. You’ll only need one or two per drink, so just store the rest in an airtight container along with the syrup they come in. They'll stay fresh for about 2 weeks.
Can I make this Pear Lychee Martini in advance for a party?
While martinis are best served fresh (we reccommend serving as needed with this recipe), you can easily batch this cocktail ahead of time by mixing the pear vodka, St-Germain, lemon juice, and Lychee Beverage Infusion in a pitcher and storing it in the fridge. When you're ready to serve, just pour out 3 ounces of the cocktail, add ice and shake it up!
What’s the best way to serve this martini?
For an extra chilly drink, serve this martini in a chilled glass. Simply fill the glass with ice water for a few minutes to cool it down, or put it in the freezer for 15-30 minutes. Then pour the cocktail in. You can garnish with a thin slice of pear or a lychee for a pop of color and a little extra flavor.
