Pear and Vanilla Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 pump Amoretti® Pear Craft Puree®
• 1 pump Amoretti® Premium Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Syrup
• 1.5 oz. gin
• 1/2 lemon
• soda on top

Directions

• In a shaker add Pear Craft Puree, Vanilla Bean Syrup, gin and lemon juice. Add ice and shake.
• Strain over is into a glass and top with soda water.
• Garnish with lemon wheel and mint and enjoy!
