
PB & J Iced Latte
There's something about the classic combo of peanut butter and jelly that instantly brings back our childhood memories.
Let's be real, no sandwich can ever out do a PB & J. It's a classic for a reason! So, naturally, we decided to make it into a latte. What better way to enjoy the comforts of our childhood with our now, go-to comfort: coffee.
Here us out. We know what you're thinking. PB & J Latte? How would those two flavors work with espresso? We're not scientists, but somehow, they do!
This drink blends bold espresso with our rich Amoretti Premium Peanut and bright, Premium Wild Strawberry syrups, all topped with a light, fruity cold foam. It sounds unexpected, but it works perfectly. Guarantee, you'll have this one on repeat!
Ingredients
For the Latte:
- Double shot of espresso
- ¾ pump Amoretti® Premium Peanut Syrup
- 1 pump Amoretti® Premium Wild Strawberry Syrup
- 4 oz milk
- ice
- Strawberry, for garnish
For the Cold Foam:
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ pump Amoretti® Premium Wild Strawberry Syrup
- ½ pump Amoretti® Premium Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Syrup
Directions:
- In a glass, combine the double shot of espresso and syrups. Stir together.
- Fill with ice & top with milk. Leave about 2 inches of room at the top for the foam.
- In a separate glass or milk pitcher, add the heavy cream & syrups. Froth until a light whip cream consistency forms.
