Ingredients

• 1 mango diced
• 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
• 2 tbsp. Amoretti® Natural Passion Fruit Artisan
• 1/2 tbsp. Amoreti® Vanilla Bean Paste
• 4 pumps Amoretti® Organic Light Blue Agave
• Granola 
• Shredded Coconut

Directions

1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium-sized bowl combine mango, yogurt, Passion Fruit Artisan, Vanilla Bean Paste and Light Blue Agave until well combined.
3. Spread out onto prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with granola and shredded coconut.
4. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
5. Remove from freezer, break apart and enjoy!
6. Store in air air-tight container in freezer for up to 3 months.
