No-Churn Butter Pecan Ice Cream

With only five simple ingredients, this creamy no-churn butter pecan ice cream comes together effortlessly. The Butter Pecan Artisan and Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon W.S. brings a toasty pecan richness and smooth vanilla warmth. This homemade easy recipe requires no machines, no eggs, no hassle—just a creamy, flavorful batch of butter pecan ice cream that can be made in minutes.

  1. In a large bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and mix in the Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon and Butter Pecan Artisan, Set aside.

  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer add in the heavy cream and whip until stiff peaks form.

  3. Take the stiff whipped cream and mix half the batch with the condensed milk until combined. Repeat with the second half.

  4. Transfer the entire batch of ice cream to a 9-inch loaf pan, add in your pecans in 3 different layers to evenly disburse them. 

  5. Freeze overnight or for 6-8 hours.                                                                                        
  6. When ready to serve let the ice cream sit out for 5 minutes to soften for the perfect scoop.
