Ingredients
- 1 cup Amoretti® Hot Habanero Almond Butter
- 1/3 cup Amoretti® Organic Clear Blue Agave Nectar
- 1 tsp. Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon European Style Water Soluble (with alcohol)
- 1.5 cups quick or rolled oats
- Pinch of sea salt
- 2/3 cup quality dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- Flakey sea salt
Directions
- Generously grease a cupcake tin with coconut oil or any other neutral oil.
- In a medium sized bowl combine Hot Habanero Almond Butter, Organic Clear Blue Agave Nectar, and Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Extract.
- Once combined mix in rolled oats and pinch of salt.
- Evenly spread and press oat mixture into muffin tin.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Mix together and spoon on top of oat mixture.
- Sprinkle with flakey sea salt and freeze until harden, about an hour.
- Use a knife around the outer edge of almond butter cup to loosen it out of the tin and enjoy!
