Ingredients

• 2 oz of Violet Gin
• 2 pumps of Amoretti® Cucumber Beverage Infusion
• 1.5 oz of sparkling water
• 1 oz of lime juice
• Cucumber and mint (for muddling and garnish)

Directions

1. Muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker.
2. Fill shaker with ice, violet gin and Cucumber Beverage Infusion then shake to combine.
3. Fill a fresh glass with ice and strain the mixture into your glass.
4. Top with sparkling water, fresh lime juice, stir and watch as the color changes before your eyes.
5. Garnish with cucumber and mint leaves.
