Mud Pie Hot Chocolate
October is here and what better way to celebrate the month than by drinking hot chocolate and eating tiny scary marshmallows!
Ingredients
- 3 cup milk
- 6 tbsp Amoretti® Mud Pie Artisan
- 2 tbsp Amoretti® Agave Nectar, Clear
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Heat the milk, Amoretti Mud Pie Artisan and the Amoretti Agave Nectar on medium heat, whisking constantly to keep from scorching.
- Melt chocolate and with a toothpick, dip it into the chocolate to draw eyes and a nose on the mini marshmallows.
- Add mini marshmallow “ghosts” to hot chocolate.
