Mocha Mug Cake

Who is ready to whip up a super quick One-Minute Microwave Mocha Mug Cake to soothe your sweet tooth craving or share with your significant other? It is moist, fluffy and chocolatey, and the mocha flavor is achieved using our Natural Expresso Coffee Artisan, which is absolutely divine in making anything have that rich kick of expresso coffee, spot on!

Serving Size: Single serving 

Ingredients 

• 3 Tbsp  All Purpose Flour 
• 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
•  4 Tbsp Sugar
• 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
• 1/4 Tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
• 2 Tbsp Veg Oil
• Half Large egg
• 1/2 tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Water Soluble 2X
• 1 Tsp Amoretti® Natural Espresso Coffee Artisan Flavor

Directions

• In a microwave-safe mug drop in all the dry ingredients. Mix it together with a fork.
• Add in the wet ingredients and flavorings and whisk again with a fork.
• Microwave for 50 seconds to 1 minute 20 seconds, depending on the power of your microwave. 
• Enjoy warm with whipped cream, ice cream or frosting of choice.
