Shortcake isn’t just for strawberries! This delicious combo of blackberry, raspberry and alcohol free champagne flavoring is just the makeover this dessert needed. Ingredients 2 cups blackberries 1 cup raspberries 1-2 pumps Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Champagne Compound 1/2 tsp Amoretti® Mandarin Zest Oil Extract Water Soluble Homemade or store bought Angel Food cake Whipped cream Directions Place blackberries, raspberries, agave and compound into a medium sized bowl. Using a potato masher to smash the berries and mix periodically to ensure agave and Compound is well incorporated. Top a slice of angel food cake with berry mixture and a dollop of whipped cream.
