In this recipe, the bright mango notes from Amoretti® mingle beautifully with your choice of soda, a splash of cream, and a hint of citrus or a fruit garnish, creating a refreshing, slightly creamy beverage. It’s a perfect refresher for summer, a fun twist for brunch, or just a special treat to enjoy anytime. 

Ingredients

• 2 pumps Amoretti® Mango Beverage Infusion
• 1/2 can sparkling soda
• 2 tablespoons half & half
• 1 teaspoon milk
• whip cream

Directions:

1. Start with Amoretti® Mango Beverage Infusion. Then pour in sparkling soda and gently mix with a spoon, leaving a little room at the top. 

2. For the cold foam, combine half & half and milk, then whisk until smooth.

3. Once combined, pour the cold foam over the top of the soda. Top with whipped cream and chopped pieces of mango for garnish.

4. Enjoy.
