Mango Coconut Cloud Matcha

This Mango Coconut Cloud Matcha is everything you want in a summer drink. It's creamy, refreshing, and layered with mango, coconut water, and a light, toasted coconut cold foam. 

Ingredients

• 3g (2 teaspoons) of matcha, sifted 
• 1/4 cup coconut cream or heavy cream
• 1 1/2 pumps Amoretti® Premium Toasted Coconut Syrup
• 1 pump Amoretti® Premium Mango Syrup
• Fresh or canned mangos, diced
• 1 cup coconut water
• Ice

Directions

1. In a glass, add the coconut cream, toasted coconut syrup, and sift the matcha over top.
2. With a handheld frother, whip until a thicker, cloud like consistency forms and no clumps of matcha remain. Set the coconut cloud to the side.
3. In a drinking glass, add in the diced mangos and pump the mango syrup over top. Muddle together until the chunks turn into one smooth layer. 
4. Fill the glass with ice and top with coconut water, leaving about 1 inch of room from the top of the glass.
5. Pour the coconut cloud over top.
6. Garnish with toasted coconut flakes, and more diced mango, if desired.
7. Enjoy immediately!
