  1. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine your Amoretti® Almond Orgeat Syrup, white rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, and shake well. 
  2. Pour into a rocks glass with ice, then float your dark rum on top.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of fresh mint. 
  4. Serve and enjoy!
