Ingredients

• 2 pumps Amoretti® Lychee Beverage Infusion
• 3 oz. soju
• 1.5 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. lime juice
• half a lime for rim
• 2 tbs. red sanding sugar for rim
• 2 lychee for garnish
• seedless raspberry jam for garnish
• 2 blueberries for garnish

Directions

1. Add the Amoretti® Lychee Beverage Infusion, soju, vodka, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice then shake well.
2. Rim your martini glass with lime juice and red sanding sugar, then pour in your cocktail.
3. Fill your lychees with seedless raspberry jam then stick a blueberry in each one and put them on a cocktail pick to garnish your drink.
