Kickn' Grapefruit Gin Fizz

To amp up your weekends, here is an easy cocktail that will sweep you off your feet with that kick from the habanero and tangy sweetness from our Grapefruit Beverage Infusion. 

Ingredients

• 1 Pump Amoretti® Grapefruit Beverage Infusion
• .2 - 1 Habanero Pepper, Seeds Removed
• 1/2 Lemon Juiced
• 1.5 Oz. Gin
• .5 Oz. Pepper Simple Syrup (1 Tbsp. Pepper Corns, 1/2 Cup Water, 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar)
• Soda Water

Directions

1. Make the pepper simple syrup by combining the sugar, peppercorns, and water in a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer and dissolve sugar. Strain out peppercorn.
2. In your shaker combine the beverage infusion and habanero pepper. Muddle together.
3. Pour in gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Add ice and shake 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain over ice and top with soda water.
