Key Lime Pie Mocktail

The perfect mocktail has arrived!

Soak up the last bits of the summer sun with this key lime pie inspired mocktail! It's the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Made with Amoretti® Key Lime Beverage Infusion, your tastebuds are in for a real treat with this refreshing mocktail.

We're big fans of key limes here, and unfortunately, it's a citrus we don't have access to year round. Who doesn't want to drink (or eat) Key Lime treats year round?

Luckily, our Key Lime Beverage Infusion is here to save the day and savor our favorite summer citrus, giving us access to the deliciousness that is Key Lime, all year long!

So grab your favorite mocktail glass and get stirring so that you can devour this drink!

Ingredients

For the Graham Cracker Rim:

• 1 tbsp of honey
• 2 tbsp of Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 2 small plates

For the Key Lime Pie Mocktail:

• 1 Pump of Amoretti® Key Lime Beverage Infusion
• 2 oz of Pineapple Juice
• 2 oz of Coconut Milk
• Ice
• Lime slice, for garnish

Directions

For the Graham Cracker Rim:

1. Pour honey on a small plate, and graham cracker crumbs on another 
2. Coat the rim of your glass in honey, then dip into the graham cracker crumbs. Be sure to coat it well enough so that the honey doesn't drip

For the Key Lime Pie Mocktail:

1. Add your pump of Amoretti Key Lime Beverage Infusion, pineapple juice, and coconut milk into a glass and stir until combined and no separation.
2. Add your ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
