Jalapeno Pineapple Air Fryer Donut Holes

Pineapple and Jalapeno blend together seamlessly in this easy-to-make and easier-to-eat air fryer donut hole recipe.

Ingredients

PINEAPPLE DONUT HOLES

• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1.5 tsp. Amoretti® Pineapple Extract Water Soluble
• 2 tsp. butter, melted
• 1/2 cup milk

JALAPENO GLAZE

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1-2 tbsp. milk
• 1/4 pump Amoretti® Jalapeno Pepper Craft Puree

Tools

• Half circle silicone mold like THESE

Directions

1. In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
2. In a larger bowl mix together egg, Pineapple Extract, butter and milk.
3. Mix dry ingredients into wet 1/2 cup at a time.
4. Fill silicone mold pockets with about 1 tbsp. of batter.
5. Place in air fryer and cook at 320 F for 10-15 min
