A hot, creamy cocktail guaranteed to warm you up!
- 6 fl oz hot, strong coffee
- 1 pump Amoretti® Irish Cream Syrup
- 1 tsp demerara sugar (or to taste)
- 1 fl oz Irish whiskey (optional)
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- dash of fresh ground nutmeg
- Pour hot coffee into a glass.
- Stir in Irish Cream Syrup, demerara sugar and Irish whiskey, if using.
- Whisk the cream just until it starts to thicken, then use the back of a tablespoon to float it on top of the coffee.
- Garnish with a dash of nutmeg.
