  1. On the stove, combine whole milk, heavy cream, sugar corn starch and salt in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Cook on medium to high heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring frequently to prevent it from burning.
  3. Reduce heat and continuously stir until mixture begins to thinken.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in butter until melted and well combined.
  5. Mix in Vanilla Extract and Key Lime Artisan.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Make sure the plastic wrap is touching the pudding to prevent a film from forming.
  7. Place in fridge and allow to cool for about 1 hour.
  8. Remove from fridge and layer pudding, graham crackers, more pudding and whipped cream into a serving cup or bowl.
  9. Garnish with slice of lime, serve and enjoy!
