How to Make Flavored Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Want to surprise your love with an extra special, extra sweet treat this Valentines Day? These customizable Flavored Chocolate Covered Strawberries are everything you could wish for in a V-day treat! 

Ingredients

• Strawberries
• 5 oz chocolate (dark, white or milk)
• 0.10 - 0.15 oz. Amoretti® Oil Soluble Extract (we love Cabernet Wine in dark chocolate and Rosé Wine in white chocolate)

Directions

1. Wash off strawberries and ensure they are all 100% dry.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
3. Melt chocolate in microwave or double broiler.
4. Thoroughly mix extract into chocolate.
5. Hold the strawberry by the stem and and dip into chocolate letting excess drip off.
6. Carefully place chocolate covered strawberry onto prepared sheet pan to harden.
7. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
8. Decorate by melting additional chocolate and drizzling over strawberries.
