How to Make and Flavor No-Churn Ice Cream
All you need to make this super creamy no-churn ice cream is a few ingredients, hand mixer, and your imagination! The flavor possibilities are endless, just use any of our Artisan Natural Flavors!
Ingredients
- 2 cups chilled heavy cream
- 1 chilled 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- ½ tsp Amoretti® Vanilla Madagascar Bourbon Water Soluble 2X
- 1 – 1.5 tbsp Amoretti® Artisan Natural Flavor
- Desired mix-ins
FLAVOR SUGGESTIONS:
Bourbon Salted Caramel
1 – 1.5 tbsp Amoretti® Salted Caramel Artisan
1 tbsp Bourbon (add in step 2)
Amoretti® Crema Di Caramel Syrup. Lightly swirl in desired amount before freezing.
Strawberry Guava
3/4 tbsp Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Artisan
1/2 tbsp Amoretti® Guava Artisan
Fresh or frozen strawberries (add in step 3)
Birthday Cake
1 – 1.5 tbsp Amoretti® Birthday Cake Artisan
Sprinkles (add in step 3)
Cotton Candy
1 – 1.5 tbsp Amoretti® Cotton Candy Artisan
Directions
- In a medium-sized bowl use a hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Pour in condensed milk, vanilla Extract, and your Artisan® Flavor. Mix on low until combined. Taste test your ice cream and add more Artisan® flavor if needed
- If you are adding any mix-ins now is the time to fold them in. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour ice cream into a resealable container and freeze for 12-24 hours before digging in.
