Ingredients
For the Garnishes:
- Dried rose petals
- Honey
- Crushed freeze dried strawberries
- Fresh strawberries
For the Matcha:
-
1 teaspoon of culinary grade matcha
- 2 tablespoons of hot water
- 2 pumps of Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Beverage Infusion
- 4 oz of milk of choice
- Ice
Directions
For the Rose Petal Garnish:
- With a pastry brush, paint some honey on the length of your glass. The more, the better. Thin coats will result in the dried rose petals not sticking.
- Dip the side of the glass into a plate of dried rose petals. Press them to the side of the glass to ensure they stick. Set aside.
Note: No rose petals? Opt for 1 pump of our Premium Rose Syrup instead for a delicious boost to your latte. We promise it's incredible!
For the Matcha:
- In a bowl, combine the 1 teaspoon of matcha and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Whisk until clumps disappear.
- In a glass add in the ice, 2 pumps of Amoretti® Wild Strawberry Beverage Infusion, and milk. Leave about 2 inches of room from the top of the glass for the matcha.
- Pour the matcha over the milk mixture. Garnish with a light dusting of freeze dried strawberries and a fresh berry on the side of the glass.
- Devour.
