If you’ve spent any time on TikTok lately, you’ve probably seen the Ninja Slushi trend making the rounds. The viral coffee hack blends cold brew into a frosty, slushie-like texture that’s as refreshing as it is fun to drink. And since it’s officially pumpkin spice season, we couldn’t resist giving this trend a fall-like twist.

Enter: our Pumpkin Spice Frappe Slushi.

Made with our Amoretti Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup, this recipe delivers the perfect balance of warming spice notes and bold coffee flavor. Think of it as pumpkin spice blend in a bottle, cozy cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, all working together to cut through the richness of cold brew while adding a festive seasonal touch.

The result is a chilly, spiced coffee moment that’s equal parts refreshing and comforting — like pumpkin spice season on ice.

Ingredients

Blended Ingredients

• 1 cup cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)
• 1/4 cup half and half
• 1 pump Amoretti® Premium Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Syrup
• 1.5 pumps Amoretti® Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup
• Ice
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Cinnamon sugar (optional)

Ninja Slushi Ingredients

• 3 cups cold brew coffee (store-bought or homemade)
• 1.5 cups half and half
• 2.5 pumps Amoretti® Premium Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean Syrup
• 4 pumps  Amoretti® Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Cinnamon sugar (optional)

Directions

Blended Directions

1. Add cold brew, half and half, Premium Vanilla Bean Syrup, and Premium Pumpkin Spice Syrup to a blender.
2. Add enough ice to just cover the liquid.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour into a cup. If desired, top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.

Ninja Slushi Directions 

1. Pour cold brew coffee into your Ninja Slushie machine.
2. In a measuring cup, mix together half and half, Vanilla Bean Syrup and Pumpkin Spice Syrup. Pour this into Slushi machine.
3. Turn the machine on and select the "frappe" setting.
4. Once frozen, pour into your glass and if desired top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar.
