How to Flavor Cotton Candy

Take it back to your childhood with this delicious and customizable cotton candy recipe.

Ingredients

• 200 g. granulated sugar
• 8 g. Any Amoretti® Extract Water Soluble 
• 4 g. food color

Directions

1. Thoroughly mix together all ingredients.
2. Turn on cotton candy machine and allow to warm up.
3. Once the machine has warmed up add sugar, one color at a time.
4. The cotton candy will began to form pretty quick so be ready.
5. Use your hand or stick, gather cotton candy. Keep hand/stick rotating consistently.
6. Put finished cotton candy in a bag or enjoy on the stick.
