Hot chocolate on a Stick

  • 400g Milk, Dark or White Chocolate
  • 1 Tsp. of Any Amoretti® Oil Soluble Extract
  • Sprinkles
  • Mini Marshmallows or Dehydrated Marshmallows
  • Silicone ice cube molds like THESE
  • Wooden Dessert Spoons


  1. In a double broiler or in the microwave melt your chocolate. If using a microwave start with 30 sec and repeat with 15 sec.
  2. Mix in your extract.
  3. Pour some sprinkles and marshmallows into the molds and top with chocolate.
  4. Add more sprinkles on top and marshmallows.
  5. Insert spoons and freeze or refrigerate until hardened.
