Honey Lemon Lavender Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups chilled heavy cream
• 1 chilled 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp. honey
• 1 tbsp. Amoretti® Lavender Compound
• 1 tsp. Amoretti® Lemon Extract Water Soluble
• Frozen blueberries
• Special Equipment: Ice cream maker

Directions

1. In a medium sized bowl mix together heavy cream, condensed milk, honey, lavender compound, lemon extract.
2. Pour mixture into ice cream machine and follow manufacturers directions.
3. Once machine has started pour in frozen blueberries.
4. Once finished transfer to a container and enjoy now or freeze for later!
