- 1 tbsp. Natural Amoretti® Wild Berry Artisan Flavor
- 2-4 drops of Amoretti® Natural Purple Food Color
- pinch sea salt
- Handful of fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries
For the crumble topping:
- 1 cup organic old-fashioned oats
- 3 tbsp. Amoretti® Blanched Almond Flour
- 3 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
For the Crumble:
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
For the Ice Cream:
-
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender, blending until smooth. Pour into an ice cream container and cover with a lid or plastic wrap.
-
Place in the freezer for an hour or two until it has firmed up a little.
- Once the ice cream has firmed up a bit, go ahead and add your crumble topping to the mixture as well as your fresh fruit. We only added the blueberries and raspberries to the ice cream and left the strawberries and blackberries to garnish. Feel free to save some crumble for the top as well.
- Place back in the freezer overnight or until just about solid.
- Grab a dish and scoop your ice cream into a bowl. Top with your remaining fruit and crumble mixture and enjoy!
