Eldermelon Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

• 3 slices cucumber
• ½ pump Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Amber
• ½ pump Amoretti® Elderberry Blossom Syrup
• 2 fl oz gin (we prefer Hendricks for this drink)
• 2 fl oz tonic water
• ½ lemon, juiced
• 1 fl oz watermelon juice

Directions

1. Place cucumbers, Agave Nectar, and Elderberry Syrup in the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Muddle cucumbers with the syrups.
3. Pour in gin, tonic, lemon juice, and watermelon juice.
4. Stir well and top with ice.
5. Garnish with a cucumber or lemon and a watermelon slice if desired.
