Ingredients

Fudge Brownie
Chocolate Ganache Topping
  • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Rainbow sprinkles/candy for topping

Directions

Fudge Brownies
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease and parchment line an 8x8 pan.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Blend in eggs one at a time. Once combined, add in Chocolate Mocha Artisan and Vanilla Bean Paste.
  4. Mix in flour and salt until combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 
  6. Let cool before topping with ganache.
Chocolate Ganache
  1. Place chocolate chips into a medium heat-proof bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it is simmering.
  3. Pour cream over chocolate chips, cover, and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the cover and stir until all the chocolate chips are melted and well combined.
  5. Pour ganache over cooled brownies and top with rainbow sprinkles.
  6. Let the ganache set. Once firm, slice and enjoy!
