Easy Mousse Flavored with Any Amoretti® Artisan

Flavoring mousse is as easy as measure, pour, and mix with Amoretti® Artisan Natural Flavors! Making mousse is easy but flavoring it without affecting the texture can be tricky. Our Artisan Flavors are the perfect way to incorporate bold natural flavor and light color without deflating your mousse.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet powdered gelatin (0.25 oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. water
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1-2 tbsp. any Amoretti® Artisan Natural Flavor

Directions

  1. Bloom gelatin with 2 tbsp., of water.
  2. In a sauce pan heat sugar and remaining water until sugar dissolves, not boiling.
  3. Strain sugar water into a bowl and stir in gelatin. Set aside to cool.
  4. Whip the cream to soft peaks.
  5. Mix your favorite Artisan Natural Flavor into the gelatin mixture.
  6. Fold into the whipped cream carefully as to not loose volume.
  7. Pipe or spoon into bowls and let chill for 1-2 hours.
  8. Garnish and enjoy!
