Cucumber Fizz

Ingredients

• 1½ fl oz white rum
• 1½ pumps Amoretti® Key Lime Craft Puree
• 1 pump Amoretti® Blue Agave Nectar Clear
• 4 cucumber slices, plus more for garnish
• ice
• soda water

Directions

1. In a cocktail shaker; add rum, Key Lime Craft Puree, and Blue Agave Nectar.
2. Add cucumber slices and muddle.
3. Add ice and shake vigorously to chill.
4. Strain into an ice filled flute and top with soda water.
5. Garnish with cucumber ribbons.
