Ingredients

• 11 oz. white chocolate
• 1 tbsp. vegetable shortening
• ½ tsp. Amoretti® Cookie dough Extract Oil Soluble
• 4 Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed
• 4 candy bar molds like these 

Directions

1. In the microwave or a double broiler melt the white chocolate with vegetable shortening.
2. Once melted stir in cookie dough extract and then gently mix in cookies.
3. Carefully pour the chocolate into silicone molds and let harden in the fridge.
