Coconut Macaroons

These coconut treats are sweet and chewy, a golden toasty exterior covered with chocolate makes them super delicious!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook egg whites and sugar over a double boiler to 122°F.
  2. Add shredded coconut and salt, cook to 158°F.
  3. Remove from heat and add Natural Toasted Coconut Cream Compound.
  4. Mix to combine.
  5. Chill mix for 1 hour.
  6. Using an ice cream scoop, drop onto a sheet pan.
  7. Bake at 325°F for 15-20 min.
Coconut macaroons are an ideal tea-time dessert!
