Directions

  1.  Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour on your desired amount of coconut and put it in your preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes, keeping a close eye on it and stirring occasionally when you see browning. Then set aside to cool.
  2. Rim your glass by pumping 1 pump of Amoretti® Premium Coconut Cream Syrup onto a plate then dip the rim of your glass in it. Then dip your glass into the cooled toasted coconut. 
  3. Pump 2 pumps of Amoretti® Premium Coconut Cream Syrup into your glass, brew 2 shots of espresso, then pour it into the glass and stir.
  4. Add ice, then your milk
  5. Froth your heavy cream, then add on top.
