Citrus Hibiscus Smoothie
The new year is here so is time to give your body a break from all those traditional indulgences! Share a Citrus Hibiscus Smoothie, it's full of flavor and super healthy!
Ingredients
- 1 large orange
- ½ lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 dates, pitted and soaked in hot water to soften
- 2 pumps Amoretti® Hibiscus Syrup
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed, optional
Directions
- Zest and peel the citrus. Discard the pith and any seeds.
- Combine peeled citrus, zest and remainder of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide between two 16 oz glasses and enjoy!
